Contender Peach

The new kid on the block. Great crops reported along county road north of maple corners and other locations around Vermont. Disease resistant. Works well for canning and fresh eating. Grows around 8-15 feet tall. Self-fertile. 

Not recommended for colder parts of Vermont. (We grow ours in an unheated greenhouse.)
